Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson (born July 24, 1975) is an American former professional wrestler and model. Her most notable achievements are in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), formerly the World Wrestling Federation. In 1999, Wilson won Miss Galaxy. In the following year, she was signed by World Championship Wrestling which is where she was in the company from 1999 until 2000. [2][7][8] In 2001, she began appearing on World Wrestling Federation (WWF) television as part of The Invasion (by WCW, of the then- WWF) storyline. In particular, she was popular in her fight with Dawn Marie ([7][8]) as well as with Sable ([5][99]). Wilson has been part of the all-female stable, which is a set of characters that are associated with stories. She was first introduced to the sport when she was a spectator at a World Championship Wrestling(WCW) event in 1999. [7][8][9] Wilson was asked to join Scott Steiner in the ring after she had left the stage. 7 Kevin Nash expressed interest in working on a storyline with her in the future. The first time she appeared was in the episode Nitro 8 February 1999 (later changed to "Samantha") The plot was that Wilson was lured into the company of David Flair by the New World Order. The two appeared together on February 21st during SuperBrawl IX when Wilson slapped Ric, and David zapped the Taser. [15] Ric was awarded the WCW World Heavyweight Championship by Hollywood Hogan. This was in an Uncensored match , in which there was a Barbed Wire Steel Cage match took place. David and Wilson took off from WCW television, but returned to the arena in May. Wilson was Flair's personal assistant at the 1999 Bash at the Beach. He was successful in defending the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship from Dean Malenko.
